We have a legal concept in France called “mise en danger de la vie d’autrui” which means a reckless person puts somebody’s life in danger knowingly. A prosecutor is using this against illegal gatherings such as this one. I understand why but it seems so wrong to go after people for having a party in a park… I wish we could just vaccinate them and let them get on with life!
