That giant green in the north west of the city, where Fondation Louis Vuitton is, does it have a name? That’s the first destination we had when we arrived as it close to our hotel, which was in La Defense. I know outside city proper isn’t recommended, but we enjoyed the area, as it was very different, and we wouldn’t have ventured out into that area otherwise. And since we did, we got to visit all three major arches (Grand, Triumphe, and Triumphe du Carrousel) in our visit.
We also stumbled on a cute little park (parc de jeux de la Folie Saint James) and a great little neighborhood patisserie.
