    I’ve started to cook a lot more fish than normal because we’re trying Weight Watchers at my house. Today I defrosted some hake fish (from Picard, it was de-boned, all ready to go) and added a teaspoon of heavy cream + mustard and baked at 180C for 20 minutes. It was really good for a low-fat food!

    Do you have a favorite fish recipe to share? I need inspiration! 🙂
