    I lived away from France for 18 years and the French food I missed the most was cornichons. Sounds pathetic when you say it like that, but one of the foods I miss the most from the US are butter pickles 😆

    I miss all the wonderful cheeses. Even if you can source them in the US, they don’t seem the same.

    Can you find raw milk cheeses in the US? “Lait cru” in French.
